A-Perfect Climate is THE company to call if you’ve got any wine cooling/cellar needs. They were recommended to me by a high-end cellar designer in River North, who told me, “Mike has forgotten more about wine cellar refrigeration than most of us will ever know.” Not only do Mike and his crew (Josh, Kevin, etc) know their stuff, they’re all such nice people and were great to work with! After the install was completed, they came back out for several hours over the next two days (free of charge) to troubleshoot the newly installed system and ensure everything was working properly. This is the kind of group you want doing your job… Two big thumbs up!

Saved Our Lives

We have used this company for air duct cleaning and found them reliable and polite. We then called upon them again since our air conditioner was not working properly. After considering whether to just put more coolant in our 18 year old AC we decided to purchase a new unit. A 2 man crew came and as they were updating the old air ducts it was discovered that there were holes in the chimney which would have resulted in carbon monoxide poisoning when the next heating season came. Thank goodness they checked this. They replaced this at no cost. Thanks for saving our lives.

We have used a well known HVAC company in Schaumburg for over 30 years. I’ve noticed that after one of their very experienced technicians retired, the professionalism and proficiency declined to a great extent. That’s why I sought out a new residential provider. I chose A- Perfect because they install and maintain Fujitsu heat pumps, which I have, and can service my main Carrier furnace/AC as well. Josh was the tech who came on the call and he was very good. He serviced the Fujitsu way better and more thoroughly than our previous provider. If you use them I hope you receive the same level of professionalism I received.

We are VERY happy with the service Mike and team provided. Our heat went out on our older furnace, Mike was at our house at 7am as scheduled (he would have come out the night before, but we didn’t want to pay extra and could wait) took his time to review our unit discussing what he found. Gave us the option to repair or replace it! Came back the same day and worked into the evening with a team to get our furnace operational. Came back the next day to finish up. They were clean and organized. Price was fair. Communication was great, all the crew was friendly and very nice to work with! Highly recommend.

When the team came for installation, they were friendly and did a professional job. They finished installing it on the same day. When I noticed the cover of the furnace was slightly damaged, Rich took it upon himself to order a new one, and replace it. I recommend Rich and his team to anyone who wishes to have an AC/Heating unit installed. I am fully satisfied with their service.
