Why Join Our Maintenance Plan?

An Easy Way To Keep
Things Breezy!

The best way to keep your heating and cooling system running reliably all year long is to have regular, professional maintenance. For a price of $239 yearly or $19.91 monthly (minimum one-year contract), our team will perform two annual maintenance visits—one for your cooling system and one for your heating.

During our cooling visit,
we will:

• Check operating pressure
• Check refrigerant levels
• Inspect thermostat (replace batteries- customer provided)
• Inspect air filter (replace filter-customer provided)
• Inspect all wiring & electrical connections
• Inspect contactor & capacitor
• Clean outdoor condenser coil

Our team will also lubricate all moving parts as needed, and check the condensate drain. We will cycle and test your unit for proper operation.

During our heating visit,
we will:

• Inspect heat exchanger
• Inspect air filter (replace filter-customer provided)
• Inspect thermostat (replace batteries-customer provided)
• Inspect all wiring & electrical connections
• Check ignitor & sensor (pilot if applicable)
• Check limit safety switches
• Inspect flue pipe & check for corrosion

Our team will oil all moving parts as needed and monitor the heat cycle. To ensure proper operation, we will cycle and test the unit.
