Water heater replacement was completed with no mess and with quick same day service.The guys were friendly and shared what was accomplished. Additionally the took time to share some how to’s on turning pilot and setting temperature on the appliance.I am planning to work with A-Perfect Climate for other maintenance I have already scheduled a furnace cleaning/tuneup for Friday 11/22.

Fast, friendly, dependable service by this company for the past 13 years. I found them when my furnace needed to be replaced and have relied on them for service since then. One time when I called with a complaint they told me to give it a couple days to see if it repeated, but in the meantime they would order a part for me just in case the clunking noise continued. Never heard the clunking noise again.

We’d had problems with our furnace for a few weeks. The company who installed originally came out, spent 4 hours on it, “fixed it”, then it went wrong days later.We went to the Lennox website to find an authorized dealer, and A Perfect Climate came up.Their technician, Tommy, came out. I gave him all the info I had, he spent about an hour. Showed me the problem, showed me how he fixed it, told me what we can do in the future.Absolutely excellent.They are now my go to company for HVAC!

Not only do Mike and his crew (Josh, Kevin, etc) know their stuff when it comes to this specialized type of install, they’re all such nice people and were great to work with! Their pricing was reasonable given the labor and materials involved and they didn’t increase the quoted price when they encountered a few unanticipated issues along the way. And after the install was completed, they came back out for several hours over the next two days (free of charge) to troubleshoot the newly installed system and ensure everything was working properly. This is the kind of group you want doing your job… Super knowledgeable, extremely responsive, trustworthy, not nickel & dimey, take pride in their work, and don’t stop until the job is done to 100% customer satisfaction. Two big thumbs up!

If you are considering upgrading your current HVAC system you really can't do better than A Perfect Climate. Jason and his team were professional and did an excellent job with the install. Our install was challenging (we asked them to relocate our air conditioning unit as well as install a new mini-split system in our new addition.) Initially we had some difficulty getting the two systems to work together, but Jason and his team returned twice to make sure we got it up and running correctly. I really can't recommend them enough!

I called and Spoke with Rick the owner because our A/C was not cooling the house down. He had me check outside and since the fan was not turning he told me to check the fuse box. Turns out A/C was off so it works fine now that I turned the power on. That is a terrific service for free provided by Rick. He is now our HVAC guy for life and anyone who asks us for HVAC.

On a cold winter night my heat went out. Not knowing who to call in a panic, I called A-Perfect Climate. Co-Owner Mike came out and gave me an estimate to get my heat back on, but I opted to replace my 30+ year old system with a high efficiency Lennox heating and cooling system. The heat was back on quickly and having now used both heating and cooling my gas and electric bills are much lower. Mike and his technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous. I made a good decision going with A-Perfect Climate.

I purchased an AC/Heating unit from this company, and was lucky enough to speak the owner Richard Vollman. He gave me a good deal on a great brand name unit. When the team came for installation, they were friendly and did a professional job. They finished installing it on the same day. When I noticed the cover of the furnace was slightly damaged, Rich took it upon himself to order a new one, and replace it. I recommend Rich and his team to anyone who wishes to have an AC/Heating unit installed. I am fully satisfied with their service.
